When you purchase a software product from Intermatics Software Services, you are granted a license to use the software based on the type of license you choose at the time of purchase.
Any attempt to install the software beyond the scope of the purchased license will result in the termination of your license without any refund.
All software products available on our website are the intellectual property of Intermatics Software Services. You acknowledge and agree that we retain all copyrights to the software. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the terms of the license purchased.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for items that have been purchased and downloaded. A refund may only be issued if the item was not downloaded after purchase. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and proof of non-download must be provided.
We offer free installation services for our web applications only. The free installation covers one installation on one server. Any subsequent installations will require an additional fee.
Our installation service is limited to uploading the software to your server and running the setup. It does not include configuring the server environment, making changes to the server, or providing any additional customizations.
Support is available only for supported items and is provided during the purchased support period. The support period and services covered are specified at the time of purchase. As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Intermatics Software Services reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Intermatics Software Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our software products or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the software product or service that is the subject of the claim.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
Intermatics Software Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of the website or purchase of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
