We have just upgraded our item support page. This page is intended for users of our various products purchased on CodeCanyon. We have just added a section for uploading attachments.

Now you can attach files to your support requests. The major use case for this feature would be attaching screen shots of any issues that you have. Users are encouraged to supply screenshots when possible as this might help in rectifying your issue faster. Attachments can only be 10MB in size per file and must only be jpg, pdf, bmp or pdf in format. For larger files or files of a different type, please use a file hosting service (e.g. Google drive) and include the link in your message.
