Service Countdown is a "Privacy-First" application.
Local Processing: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information (such as your name, email address, or physical location).
Local Storage: All app configurations, timer settings, and custom messages are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Because the Application is sold through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft Corporation is the data controller for your purchase information.
Payment Processing: All financial transactions, billing, and payment method data are handled exclusively by Microsoft. Intermatics Software Services never receives or has access to your credit card numbers or billing address.
Transaction History: We may receive anonymized sales reports from Microsoft (e.g., "1 unit sold in Nigeria") to help us understand our market, but this data contains no identifiable information about you.
The Application may use your internet connection for the following:
App Updates: To receive automatic updates and improvements through the Microsoft Store.
Store Validation: To verify your purchase status and license via the standard Microsoft Store API.
We do not share any data with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics companies. The Application does not contain any third-party tracking scripts or cookies.
Service Countdown does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the app is safe for use in all environments.
