Features

Departments and Membership

Easily create and manage departments. Assign members and department admins. Department admins can view applications to join departments and approve or deny. Departments Members can be grouped into Teams for easy messaging and planning.

Event Roster & Task Scheduling

Department Admins can plan activities for department volunteers for upcoming events. Automatics reminders are sent to volunteers days before their shifts. Volunteers can opt out of shifts.

Resource Sharing

Members can easily create downloads to share resources with other members. Each download can contain multiple files and can be downloaded individually or as an archive.

Internal Messaging System

All users can send messages internally. The system has a local inbox and sent messages folder. Messages are also delivered via Email to recipients. Messaging supports uploading attachments securely. Administrators can easily send messages to entire departments at once.

Certificates

GForce comes with a powerful certificate generation feature that enables you totally eliminate the need for creating paper certificates for each Student at the conclusion of your training programs. This feature can also be used to generate other documents such as admission letters.

SMS Messaging

Administrators can setup an SMS account on the system. We support 4 SMS gateways. Administrators can department administrators can send messages to members all from this single account. Administrators can enable or disable SMS ability for individual departments.

No. There are no recurring fees once you buy the self hosted GForce version. You get to install GForce on your own server and you can use it indefinitely.

You can create an unlimited number of users.

GForce support 3 user types: Member, Department Admin and Administrator. For details about each role, kindly refer to the user guide.

You need a server that supports PHP >= 7.2 as well as MySQL/MariaDB
